Jillian is a creative problem solver and outside-of-the box thinker who uses her interdisciplinary experience in both the technical and creative fields on a variety of different projects for businesses, organizations, brands, or individuals.
Jillian enjoys using her unique mix of experience and skills to help businesses and organizations in a variety of different ways, whether it is providing technical support and assistance on a research project, writing reports summarizing the research to help the organization gain insights, learn from the insights and research, innovate with new programs or products based on new data, research, and insights, or with taking action such as helping the organization to improve processes within the organization so that it can better serve its clients, customers, patients, or other stakeholders.

Her background is in research, analytics, public health, healthcare, and small business. Prior to consulting at RILLIAN, Jillian worked in multiple roles in different organizations, including Data Analyst at the Virginia Department of Health, Thomas Jefferson Health District, various positions at the University of Virginia, the University of Virginia Health System, James Madison University, and a private physicians’ practice, Gastroenterology Associates. She also has worked in the outdoor recreation industry in the equestrian world and in an innovative bicycle rental startup.
She also has experience in starting and running small businesses in a variety of fields: photography and video with Jillian Regan Photo & Video; secondhand and sustainability focused e-commerce retail with Misty River Garden, a lifestyle influencer brand at Jillyian, and an innovative bicycle rental startup.
Education:
Jillian has a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor of Science in Health Science with a minor in Spanish from James Madison University.
